1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") govern the relationship between c7778 (hereinafter referred to as "c7778", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any natural person (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the c7778 platform available at c7778.app and any associated subdomains or mobile-accessible versions thereof.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or "Accept" checkbox, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing or using any feature of the c7778 platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and in the English language in which they are presented;
• You fully understand the content, implications, and obligations described herein;
• You agree to be legally bound by all provisions of this Agreement;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the c7778 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the c7778 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your account's existence:

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time you create your account. c7778 operates a strictly enforced 18+ policy. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the c7778 platform in any capacity. We conduct age verification checks during registration and upon processing withdrawal requests. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently suspended, and any funds held in that account will be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

c7778 is designed for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your specific jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet. c7778 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside the Bangladesh market for which it is designed. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited do so at their own legal risk, and c7778 accepts no liability arising from such access.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would impair your capacity to enter into this Agreement or to gamble lawfully.

3 Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each player may hold one single account on the c7778 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering your c7778 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or another person's identity at any stage of the registration process. c7778 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or mobile wallet statement.

3.2 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c7778 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. c7778 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately via the live chat function available at c7778.app.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

c7778 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard industry practice. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal, before a withdrawal that exceeds a specified threshold, or at any time c7778 determines that verification is necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in temporary restrictions being placed on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal capabilities.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the c7778 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c7778 supports the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to periodic review.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your c7778 wallet in real time — typically within ten seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. c7778 does not charge any deposit processing fee. Any fees levied by the payment provider on their end are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for standard accounts and are prioritised for VIP account holders. Withdrawals are returned exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit — c7778 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to a different payment method than the one used to fund the account.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn — see Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawals requested during periods of scheduled platform maintenance may be subject to brief processing delays. c7778 will communicate scheduled maintenance windows in advance wherever possible.
• c7778 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusually large, inconsistent with prior account activity, or flagged by our fraud detection systems.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) must be staked before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual bonus terms presented at the time of the offer.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Each player is entitled to claim a given bonus offer only once unless the terms of the specific promotion explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to completion of wagering requirements.
• c7778 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time prior to its acceptance by the player, and to void bonus funds that it reasonably determines were claimed fraudulently, through collusion, or by exploiting a technical error.
• Players who use VPN services, proxy servers, or other anonymising technologies to access bonus offers not available in their jurisdiction will have those bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity window stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

5.3 VIP Programme

c7778 operates a tiered VIP programme for qualifying high-volume players. VIP benefits include elevated deposit and withdrawal limits, reduced wagering requirements on selected bonuses, priority withdrawal processing, dedicated account management, and exclusive seasonal promotions. Eligibility for VIP status is assessed by c7778 at its sole discretion, based on deposit volume, betting frequency, and overall platform activity. VIP status does not guarantee specific bonus values and may be reviewed or revised by c7778 at any time.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes and Disputes

Bets placed on cricket matches — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — as well as football, kabaddi, and other sports are governed by the specific market rules published within the c7778 sportsbook at the time the bet is placed. In-play bets are accepted at the platform's real-time discretion and may be suspended during critical moments of a match such as wickets, stoppages, or VAR reviews. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or voided by the governing sports body will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules in force at the time of settlement.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game or system malfunction — including but not limited to server failure, disconnection, software error, or communication breakdown — c7778 reserves the right to void any affected game round or bet and refund the staked amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. c7778 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct or indirect result of platform malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the c7778 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account.
• Money laundering: Using the c7778 platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts.
• Technical exploitation: Using software tools, bots, automation scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for betting activity on the platform.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's identity or providing false personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Underage access: Registering or attempting to register an account on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your c7778 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 English support team via live chat. Before closure is finalised, any pending bets will be settled at their natural conclusion, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all applicable verification checks have been completed. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by c7778

c7778 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading personal information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified time frame;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Detection of a duplicate account associated with the same individual;
• A valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

c7778 supports responsible gaming and provides a self-exclusion facility for players who wish to restrict their access to the platform. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted via our 24/7 support team and take effect immediately upon processing. Players who self-exclude agree not to attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts. c7778 will take all reasonable steps to honour self-exclusion requests but cannot guarantee that access is blocked in all technical scenarios, and players bear responsibility for not attempting to bypass an active exclusion. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. c7778 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold has been reached. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. The dormancy fee will cease once the account is either reactivated by the player or reduced to a zero balance.
